How to make Soya Matar Bhurji?

Soya is high in protein and is said to control blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol and regulate the bowels. My son loves to eat soya due to its protein content. (He goes to gym everyday and is very particular about his calories & protein intake). Soya matar bhurji is a delicious way to eat soya and is very easy & quick to make.
